CD-Rom duplication is carried out by means of particular highly technological machinery
which enables an accurate control of quality during all the phases of the processing.
CD-Rom duplication can be made either by master glass(the main pattern from which
all the quantities will be identically repeated) or by industrial masterizators
extremely reliable and whose copies are individually checked during the process
of duplication. The printing on the CD’s surface (label) is made according to the
following typologies:
Offset printing
The new technique offers a high quality printing which is very close to the typographical
one. The chromatic brightness of the result is particularly suitable to all the
photographic subjects.
Serigraphy printing
Advisable for big runs it is made by making frames from serigraphy films. It can
be carried out both on devices duplicated by master glass and on devices duplicated
by industrial masterizators.
Ink
jet printing
It is realized directly on printable support, on white or silvery background. Images
result perfectly defined and colours extremely bright; the following label lacquering
treatment assures you of an excellent rendering of the printing with glossy effect
and most of all fixes colours durably.
